As Executive Vice and President Chief Lending Officer at First Liberty Bank, Michael Levine works to bring customers a higher level of service. He began his local banking career in 2006 as a Financial Sales Representative, then served as a branch manager and commercial loan officer. He started as a commercial lender at First Liberty Bank in 2015 before being named the Private Banking Division Manager in 2016, a division he would later re-brand as the Healthcare Banking Division in 2019. Following his success in building the Healthcare Banking Division, Michael was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer in 2025.
Michael was selected as an Honor Student in the 2015 Oklahoma Bankers Association Intermediate Banking School class before attending the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, where he graduated in 2019. In 2018, Levine was named to Banking Exchange Magazine's NextGen 20 under 40, a national publication, and in 2021 received First Liberty Bank's Top Commercial Loan Officer Award.
Well-known in the local business community, he was named one of Oklahoma City's 50 Most Powerful Young Professionals in 2020, 2021, and 2022. In 2021, he was selected as one of The Journal Record's Achievers Under 40.
Committed to the industry he has served in for so long, Michael has served on the Oklahoma Dental Foundation, Oklahoma County Medical Society Community Foundation, and Integris Foundation boards.
Outside of his involvement within healthcare organizations, Michael is active in his church and kids' school. He currently serves on the School Advisory Council and the Church Finance Council. Michael was elected to the Quail Creek Golf and Country Club Board in 2022 and is still an active board member. Levine is an active member of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and is an Ambassador to the State of Oklahoma for the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
Clarke Farmer

Clarke Farmer joined the Commercial Lending Division of First Liberty Bank in March 2022. With 29 years of experience in financial technology sales, consulting, and management, he specializes in commercial finance. Prior to his role at First Liberty Bank, Clarke served as the Western U.S. Regional Manager in the Commercial Lending Solutions Division at Jack Henry & Associates. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing, with a Minor in Economics, from the University of Oklahoma.
In September 2017, Clarke's daughter, Darci Lynne, won NBC's "America's Got Talent." This victory led him to temporarily step away from the corporate world. In early 2018, he and his wife established P46 Productions to produce and manage Darci Lynne's live tour. During the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown, they set up a mini production studio in their home for Nickelodeon's "Unfiltered." After more than 150 shows in the family entertainment industry, Clarke returned to his roots in commercial lending in 2022. The couple continues to support Darci Lynne's entertainment career by collaborating with industry professionals to produce and pursue new projects.
Clarke serves on the board of the United Methodist Church of the Servant Foundation and is the Vice Chairman of the Opry Heritage Foundation of Oklahoma board. Additionally, he is an active member of the Downtown Oklahoma City Rotary Club 29.
Clarke and his wife of 30 years, Misty, live in Oklahoma City and have four children. He is an avid golfer, runner, and live music enthusiast.

Drew Gaither has over ten years of experience in banking and lending. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Drew is the Assistant Vice President of Energy Relationship Management, where he leverages his extensive experience to build and strengthen relationships within the community.
Drew began his journey at First Liberty Bank in 2022 as a Portfolio Manager. Since then, he has advanced in his role and within the department, implementing inventory organization systems and training other lenders to succeed in the energy sector. He is also a proud graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association Lending School.
Drew is a devoted dog dad and former Eagle Scout outside of work. He is committed to bringing positivity and his knack for expertly tied knots to First Liberty Bank and beyond. Baird Harper

Baird Harper is an experienced oil and gas commercial lender with over 12 years in the industry. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Energy Banking Division Manager. In this role, Baird has successfully grown the oil & gas portfolio into one of the largest portfolios in the bank since its inception in 2017. He focuses on financing both operated and non-operated working interest investors, royalty owners, and oil field service companies.
Prior to joining First Liberty Bank, Baird worked for five years as a commercial lender in the Energy Lending group at another local bank. His experience also includes positions at Kirkpatrick Oil Company and Chesapeake Energy.
Dedicated to the Oklahoma City community, he actively volunteers for various charities. He was previously a member of the Young Professionals Board for Infant Crisis Services, having served as Secretary in 2018 and Chair in 2019. Additionally, he is a founding member of the Young Professionals Board for Sunbeam Family Services and served for many years as a mentor for Positive Tomorrows.
Baird is actively involved in the local business community as a Greater OKC Chamber of Commerce member and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Downtown Club of Oklahoma City. He is also a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City's LOYAL Class X. In recognition of his contributions to the community, Baird was honored with the ion Oklahoma 30/30 NextGen award in September 2015 and received the Achievers Under 40 award from The Journal Record in 2022. Furthermore, he was recognized as the Top Commercial Lender at First Liberty Bank in both 2020, 2022, and 2023.
Baird earned an MBA with a focus on Energy and Finance from the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Oklahoma State University. He also attended the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France, where he studied finance in the European Union.

Jamie Vafadar joined First Liberty Bank as a Credit Analyst in 2016. Vafadar worked as a Portfolio Manager for several commercial lenders in OKC and Norman from early 2018 to late 2020. She transitioned in 2020 to Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager and Executive Assistant to Scott Hughes, First Liberty Bank's Chief Lending Officer. In July 2021, she started working with Michael Levine, Senior Vice President of Healthcare Banking, as Vice President of Healthcare Banking. She received First Liberty Bank's Employee Service Award for 2022. In 2024, Jamie was promoted to Senior Vice President Healthcare Banking Division Manager.
First Liberty Bank's Healthcare Division specializes in lending for physician and dental practices in the Oklahoma City Metro. "Executive Management encourages and supports staff to advance within the bank, and I'm delighted to be working to help local practices grow and thrive," said Vafadar. Jamie brings broad banking experience to her role as a commercial lender. She has worked in the financial services industry since 2004 and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. She graduated from the Intermediate School of Banking at the Oklahoma Banker's Association in June 2022 and OBA's Leadership Academy in the Spring of 2024. Currently, Jamie is a member of the Oklahoma Dental Foundation Board.
